You will need the
roaster pan to mix it all up. You can put it in smaller
packages and freeze it. I cook for a army
that is the only way I know how to make them.
1, 5 lb family package of hand burger
2, 1 lb packages of Tennessee pride sage
6 eggs, add more if you think it needs it
1 roll of crackers crushed give or take
2 packages of dry onion soup mix
2 packages of dry vegetable soup mix
2 T of Worcester sauce
You will need to pick up cheese, American, Cheddar and
Swiss. When the burger is cooked add a strip of each to
the burger and let it melt down. Remember not to smash it flat if you leave it lose the cheese will melt down inside the burger. That is what adds the
eat 3 instead of 1. You can add any vegetables like
celery chopped thin, about 3 stalks. Celery is a
natural pain killer so we eat it a lot to help me with
the pain in my legs. try adding a bag of pepper stir fry, while it is still frozen you may want to break it up to smaller
pieces. I just beat the bag like crushing crackers.
You are making a huge meatloaf you can make burgers
and freeze them and put some into meatloaf size and
freeze it to. It helps to make meals faster in a
pinch.
