Walnut Stuffed Mushrooms

Walnut Stuffed Mushrooms
This recipe can be an appetizer, or your main dish. You can double or triple the recipe as necessary.
Serving: 6
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
18 Large Mushrooms
2 tablespoons melted butter
garlic salt
2 tablespoons minced fresh onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1. Clean mushrooms, remove the stems and set aside.
2. Brush the caps with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt. Chop and saute the stems with the onion and remaining butter. Add all the other ingredients and fill the caps with this mixture.
3. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are browned.
Based on individual serving.
