To Supporters of "America's in Pain!" - MARCH ON WASHINGTON - "Silent
No More!" 2nd Annual National Pain Rally:

TAKE ACTION!
TAKE ACTION!
TAKE ACTION!

We need everyone to contact your local media (newspapers, radio,
etc.) about publishing an article on the 2nd Annual National Pain
Rally, "America's In Pain!" - MARCH ON WASHINGTON - "Silent No
More!". Click below and send them the following PRESS RELEASE:

PRESS RELEASE I
Pain Advocacy Grass Roots Leaders Call For Congressional Hearings
2005 "America's In Pain!" - MARCH ON WASHINGTON - "Silent No More!"
http://www.americanpaininstitute.org/pressreleaseI.html

If you are participating in the march, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR LOCAL
MEDIA INCLUDES THAT IN THE ARTICLE!

THE TIME HAS COME TO MAKE THE RIGHT FOR AMERICANS TO RECEIVE
COMPASSIONATE PAIN TREATMENT FROM CARING PHYSICIANS A POLITICAL ISSUE
FOR EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS AND THE PRESIDENT TO RESPOND TO AND
STATE THEIR POSITION CLEARLY FOR ALL VOTERS! Either your members of
congress support the status quo of the DEA War on Physicians,
Pharmacists and Pain Patients or they understand that something has
gone seriously wrong with pain care in America and there needs to be
full Congressional Hearings on the Pain Crises in America!

Continue to contact your congressman and two U.S. Senators about
supporting the MARCH ON WASHINGTON and Congressional Hearings on the
Pain Crises in America. CALL YOUR MEMBERS OF CONGRESS BY TELEPHONE
AND TELL THEM THAT WE NEED CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS! SEND THEM A
HANDWRITTEN LETTER AND KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS! KEEP THOSE
CONGRESSIONAL PHONE LINES RINGING!

Congressional switchboard information line to call your members of
congress in Washington, DC:

202-224-3121

Find out who the health issues staff person is for your member of
congress, write their name down and talk with them about the issue.
If you are a chronic pain patient and cannot attend the march, tell
your member of congress that you would like to attend the march, but
your chronic pain condition may not allow you to attend.

If your chronic pain condition will not allow you to attend the
march, send a person or group of people to the march in your name!
When they arrive at the march in your name, make sure that they let
me know that they are at the march in your name, so we can announce
your name and where you are from.

We still do not have a host hotel in Washington, DC. Last year we
used the Sheraton Hotel in Arlington. However, we remain open to
suggestions. Perhaps you know of a hotel that will serve our
purposes well in Washington, DC.

The National Pain Rally Speakers List can be found on the American
Pain Institute (API) web sites (www.AmericanPainInstitute.org or
